University of Strathclyde
Over the past 5 years, SSC has completed over 20 market research reports for the University of Strathclyde. These have ranged from Software Apps for wellness through to drug delivery systems for new formulations for chemotheraphy. SSC provide training and coaching for final year students, and work with the KRES team to help bring out the best of the scientific innovators and the globally relevant technologies that Strathclyde has developed.
 
This aspirational company formed by alumni of the University of Strathclyde have worked with SSC to assess the market potential of their idea, to create a solid business plan and to apply for funding through SMART feasibility. SSC has also assisted the team through coaching and mentoring as they have developed from bench scientists through to business managers, capable of impressing the judges at  "Pitch at the Palace". SSC has introduced them to additional experts along the way, including their Chairman and several members of their board and SAB, and will be providing interim management during the crucial company start up phase.
 
 
NOC, part of the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) family of research centres has contracted SSC to work on market research for several of their commercialisation projects. Assessing the market potential and suitable business models for a variety of technologies applicable to a wide range of industries from Insurance to Oil & Gas.

Oxford University Innovation is a global technology transfer and innovation management consultancy business, and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the University of Oxford.They help technology providers and seekers to source, develop and commercialise innovations.
