SSC's Business Development Training course takes your team through the understanding of how customers think, the types of decision making process that exist and the types of partnerships that your organisation needs : development co-operations, customers, strategic alliances.
Certain individuals will need a greater understanding of how to develop a sales pipeline, how to close a deal and how to ensure beneficial long-term customer relationships. Others will need to understand how to support those relationships once they are in place and communicate appropriately with visitors. All staff need to be able to confidently talk about what your company does and why it is going to be successful.
* SSC staff will provide in-house training for up to 6 people.
